I’m excited to announce that the Matetich Insurance Agency has been acquired by Krog Insurance Agency. I want to assure you that this change is positive and will result in even better service and potentially more comprehensive insurance solutions for you.
As you all know and understand, the last few years have been quite challenging for the Matetich family with the passing of John Matetich, Sr. and other medical challenges they have experienced. To make sure all clients have everything they need going forward, Krog has purchased all active carrier books of business from Matetich.
Please know you are in excellent hands with a team that has demonstrated long-term success. I can attest that our team will deliver the level of care you deserve with a deep level of integrity.
What this means for you:
- Expanded Offerings: You’ll now have access to a wider range of insurance products and services through Krog.
- Dedicated Team: The Krog Agency is fully staffed and there to assist you whenever you need it.
- Hibbing Hours: The Krog Agency will support the Hibbing office on Wednesdays through the holidays “by appointment only.” Please call the Krog office to set that up if it is necessary for you to meet in person in Hibbing.
- Consistent Communication: The Krog Agency team is available for regular hours in their Virginia and St. Paul, MN offices and are always available by phone at 218-749-4225 (or as always on the Matetich phone line at 218-263-7505). You can also email their service email directly, at service@kroginsurance.com, and a member of their team will get back to you swiftly.
We’re committed to making this transition as seamless as possible. In the coming weeks, you may notice some changes in our communications and branding, but rest assured that our dedication to your insurance needs remains our top priority.
