If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! The Krog insurance team was beyond helpful as we moved across the country and needed direction in terms of all types of insurance! Rob, Hanna, and John treated us like family and walked us through each process with options, clear vision, and instructions for next steps.

What a great experience. Emily gave me a quote for auto and renters insurance which was much better than the company I have been with for many years. She replied very promptly and answered all my questions. I have already referred her to another client

For several years I thought I had a wonderful experience with this agency, however, I could always tell that Hanna only tolerated my family, she is awful at faking good customer service. She has left me in tears more than once with her curt often thoughtless manner. Today is no exception. I will be leaving this agency with a very bitter taste in my mouth and will not be recommending them in the future quite the opposite. I will also work to find my Mom another broker as soon as possible and any of my friends that I have referred previously. BEWARE and get everyting in writing! They will NOT stand behind you and will LIE about what transpired.

All the staff have changed in the past year. My homeowners and auto have doubled. Jon is useless. And when asked about it he clearly does not care. He told me he doesn't want customers that he has to deal with.

Have had continued good coverage and service

Jon was very efficient both with insurance for my new home and more recently, with my auto policy. I had rates, etc. from them almost immediately after I contacted them. And the rates are very competitive--less expensive than for my old auto insurance.

I was having issues with dealing with the people I needed to talk to but once I contacted my agent everything moved fast and smoothly.

Best insurance company I've ever had. Quick to respond to questions or issues. Very kind, courteous and helpful. Would recommend.
