Jess Lindberg

Jess is an Account Executive at the Krog Agency in our Virginia location. She grew up on the Iron Range and later went to Mesabi Range College and then on to SMSU to earn her degree in Early Childhood Education. In 2021 Jess decided to take a break from education and join the insurance world.

She joined the Krog Insurance Agency in 2021 as a CSR and has since moved on to become an Account Manager. Jess’s focus is helping clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Outside of work, Jess is actively involved with Anchor of Hope, Rock Ridge/Mesabi East Trap Team, and Range Martial Arts.

She currently resides in Gilbert with her son, and their cat, where she likes to hike, craft, fish camp, and travel.

I am excited to work at the Krog Insurance Agency and be part of the team! I’ve always been interested in helping people and making sure that they are protected. Insurance is a great way to do that. I want to help people understand how insurance works and why it’s important to have it. Working for an independent agency gives me the freedom to customize policies to our client’s needs.

I was a customer with John Sheppard 20+years and I had a wonderful experience with him and now a wonderful experience with Krog Insurance. I'll never leave this company!!

Jon was very efficient both with insurance for my new home and more recently, with my auto policy. I had rates, etc. from them almost immediately after I contacted them. And the rates are very competitive--less expensive than for my old auto insurance.

I was having issues with dealing with the people I needed to talk to but once I contacted my agent everything moved fast and smoothly.

Best insurance company I've ever had. Quick to respond to questions or issues. Very kind, courteous and helpful. Would recommend.
