Krissy joined Krog Insurance Agency as a Customer Service Representative at our Virginia office in 2026, bringing a rich background in banking, accounting, and financial client support. Growing up in the area and graduating from Cotton, her deep local roots and financial expertise give her a keen eye for detail when assisting policyholders with their everyday coverage and billing questions.
Krissy’s transition into insurance is anchored by years of hands-on customer service experience. She prides herself on being a reliable, approachable advocate for our clients—helping them navigate policy details, resolve questions efficiently, and feel genuinely cared for every time they call or visit the office. Her strong financial acumen and client-first mindset make her an invaluable asset to both our team and the community members we serve.
As a longtime Iron Range resident, Krissy currently lives in Eveleth. Outside the office, she prioritizes spending quality time with her family. In the summer, you’ll usually find her out on the water boating around Lake Vermilion, and as an avid music fan, she loves traveling to catch live concerts whenever she gets the chance.
