some one sent a letter that you cant read, just wondering who came up with the stupid idea.

For several years I thought I had a wonderful experience with this agency, however, I could always tell that Hanna only tolerated my family, she is awful at faking good customer service. She has left me in tears more than once with her curt often thoughtless manner. Today is no exception. I will be leaving this agency with a very bitter taste in my mouth and will not be recommending them in the future quite the opposite. I will also work to find my Mom another broker as soon as possible and any of my friends that I have referred previously. BEWARE and get everyting in writing! They will NOT stand behind you and will LIE about what transpired.

All the staff have changed in the past year. My homeowners and auto have doubled. Jon is useless. And when asked about it he clearly does not care. He told me he doesn't want customers that he has to deal with.

When I first moved to the Cities a few years ago, I needed to establish auto insurance and renters insurance and I decided to go with a local, independent agent.
