Jeremy is a Customer Service Representative at the Krog Agency in our Virginia location, joining the team in November 2024. He grew up on the Iron Range and attended college at St. Cloud State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Jeremy also obtained his Master’s of Organizational Management from Concordia University of St. Paul.
Jeremy worked for American Family Insurance for 22 years in various claims-related roles, including Property and Bodily Injury, in the Twin Cities and Madison, WI. He returned to the Iron Range in 2020 to be closer to family and the great Northwoods.
Professionally, Jeremy finds passion in helping people with questions and helping them resolve problems. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys running, biking, hunting, fishing, B.W.CA. excursions and working on projects around his property.
