Insurance Quote Request

Emily was amazing! We had our home and auto with another agency, and we had asked them to shop the coverages to see if we could get better pricing elsewhere. They came back after a week and said to just stick with what we had for this renewal. My first thought was absolutely not, and then second, did they even shop it for me. I truly felt there had to be better pricing out there, so I immediately reached out to Krog about obtaining some quotes. Within a few days, I was sent some options to review. Well, it turned out I was right. She delivered me quotes for the same coverage as I had today, but for half the cost. Needless to say, it was a no brainer to place our business with them instead. Fast, friendly, and excellent customer service!!!

All the staff have changed in the past year. My homeowners and auto have doubled. Jon is useless. And when asked about it he clearly does not care. He told me he doesn't want customers that he has to deal with.
